The company started auctioning unsold right share on September 7.
The company issued 1:042 right shares to its existing shareholders from July 9 to August 5.
Now the company is auctioning 30,038.57 units promoter right shares and 328,473.91 units ordinary shares that went unsold during its issuance.
The minimum biddable price is Rs 100 per unit. Interested bidders can bid for a minimum of 1000 for promoter shares and 100 for ordinary share. There is no limit for maximum number of shares for bidding.
The company has appointed Muktinath Capital as issue manager. The bidders can bid from the issue manager as well as Thimi-Bhaktapur, Kumaripati-Lalitpur, Birtamod, Biratnagar, Birgunj, Janakpur, Hetauda, Narayangadh, Chipledhunga-Pokhara, Baglung, Butwal, Ghorahi-Dang, Nepalgunj, Birendranagar, Dhangadhi and Mahendranagar branch of Muktinath Bikas Bank.
