On the day, NEPSE adjusted the stock price at Rs 244.33 after adjusting 20 percent stock dividend. The last trading price of the stock was Rs 293.20 on September 25.
The company is conducting its 34th AGM on October 17 in The plaza, Pulchowk, Lalitpur at 11.30 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 20 percent stock and 1.05264 percent cash dividend for tax to its shareholders.
The meeting will also approve a proposal of issuing 200 percent right shares and mobilization of the funds thus received, amend article and memorandum of association and elect directors from ordinary shareholders.
