Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has removed margin lending cap.
Amending Unified Directives, 2081 issued to banks and financial institution (BFIs) on October 8, the central bank withdrew margin lending cap.
Previously, the bank had set margin lending cap of Rs 250 million on single obligor limit.
The gold and silver price have set new record on October 6.
