The company issued 466,817 units of FPO shares, in which, a total of 2,199,026 applicants applied for 25,041,000 units of shares. Out of which 2,196,034 applications were approved while remaining were cancelled.
Given that the FPO was oversubscribed, the allotment took place as per Securities Issuance and Allotment Guideline under which 46,681 applicants were provided 10 units of shares through lottery. The remaining 7 units of shares were again distributed among 7 allottees making their share count 11.
