The company is conducting its SGM at Siddhartha Cottage, Lalitpur-3, Dhobighat on Sunday, April 19 at 11 a.m.
Along with a proposal of issuing right shares, the meeting will also endorse proposal of amending the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association to change the name and objective.
In this regard, the company is closing the book for one day on April 9, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till April 8 will be eligible to participate in the meeting.
