A board of directors’ meeting of NEPSE held today decided to relieve Pandak of her responsibility as CDSC CEO and recall her back to the NEPSE.
Pandak's appointment was criticized from the very beginning as controversial and against the principles of corporate governance. Krishna Bahadur Karki, the former CEO of NEPSE, handed over the leadership of CDSC to Pandak when his tenure was about to end.
