The company issuing 100 million mutual fund units at a face value of Rs 10 per unit. The scheme is a 10-year closed-ended scheme under the Sanima Mutual Fund.
Out of 15 percent of the total units, the company has secured a minimum of 13 percent or 13 million units to the fund promoter Sanima Bank and 2 percent i.e. two million units has been reserved for scheme manager. The remaining 85 million units will be sold to the general public.
Interested investors can apply for a minimum of 100 and maximum of 10 million mutual fund units. The issue will close early on May 12 and lately on May 21.
SanimaCapital is the issue manager of the fund. Investors can apply from all ASBA member BFIs and Meroshare.
Credit rating agency CARE Rating Nepal has assigned Care NP Single A Minus Issuer rating to the fund promoter.
