The company has called its seventh annual general meeting on May 24, Sunday, at Hotel Central Plaza, Kohalpur, Banke at 11 am.
The meeting will endorse proposals of issue of right shares, delegate authority toi BOD to carry out mergers and acquisitions with other suitable partners and amend Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association.
In this regard, the company will close its book on May 13, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till May 12 will be eligibel to attend the AGM.
