The company issued 2,515,455 units of shares worth Rs 251.5 million from April 6-11. In the issue, a total of 2,948,966 applicants have applied for 33,746,200 units of shares out of which 2,771,252 applicants were approved while the remaining has been cancelled.
Given that the IPO was oversubscribed, the allotment took place as per Securities Issuance and Allotment Guideline under which 251,545 applicants were provided 10 units of shares. The remaining 5 units were again allotted to the allottees making their share count 11.
