The company issuing 100 million mutual fund units at a face value of Rs 10 per unit from May 12.The scheme is a 10-year closed-ended scheme under the Reliable Mutual Fund.
Out of 15 percent of the total 100 million units, the company has secured 14 percent i.e. 14 million units to the fund promoter Reliable Nepal Life Insurance and 1 percent i.e. one million units has been reserved for scheme manager. The remaining 85 million units will be sold to the general public.
Interested investors can apply for a minimum of 100 and maximum of 10 million mutual fund units.
Reliable Investment and Merchant Capital is the issue manager of the fund. Investors can apply from all ASBA member BFIs and Meroshare.
Credit rating agency CARE Rating Nepal has assigned Care NP Single A Minus Issuer rating to the fund promoter and Care NP AMC Quality 4 Plus rating to the scheme manager.
