Similarly, the sensitive index increased by 3.85 points, while the float index increased by 1.83 points and the sensitive float index increased by 1.29 points.
Along with NEPSE, the transaction amount has also increased on this day. A total of 14,540,022 unit shares worth Rs 5.98 billion were traded in 75,856 trades on the day.
Today, shares of Three Star Hydropower Company rose the highest by 9.01 percent on the day. Likewise, share prices of Super Khudi Hydropower Company and Maya Khola Hydropower Company surged by 5.5 per cent each. Meanwhile, Bungal Hydro's share price fell by 10.32 percent on the day.
On the basis of turnover, Ankhu Khola Hydropower Company topped the list on the day. Its shares worth Rs 602 million were traded on the day. Similarly, shares of Ridi Power Company worth Rs 301.7 million were traded on the day, while the turnover amount of Api Power Company crossed Rs 180 million.
Out of 13 sub-groups, the indices of 12 sub-groups have increased while the indices of one sub-group have decreased. The hydropower sub-group index increased the most by 1.50 percent on the day. Likewise, the indices of hotel and tourism, manufacturing and processing and other sub-groups increased by more than 1 percent on the day. The indices of the mutual fund sub-group decreased on the day.
