Similarly, the float index increased by 0.12 points, while the sensitive index decreased by 0.35 points and the sensitive float index decreased by 0.07 points.
Despite the rise in NEPSE, the transaction volume has decreased. A total of 9,283, shares worth Rs 4.29 billion were traded in 49,248 trades of 356 stocks on Wednesday compared to transaction of Rs 6.44 billion on the previous trading day.

Similarly, the share price of Saptakoshi Development Bank increased by 11 percent and the share price of Bungal Hydro increased by 7 percent. The 10.25 percent Prabhu Bank Debenture 2086 decreased by 8.71 percent on the day.
On the basis of turnover, Ankhu Khola Hydropower Company topped the list on the day. The company's shares worth Rs 204.1 million were traded on the day. Similarly, the transaction amount of Saptakoshi Development Bank crossed Rs 200 million while the share of City Hotel worth Rs 165 million was traded on the day.
Out of 13 sub-groups, the indices of 7 sub-groups have increased while the indices of other six sub-groups have decreased. Banking, development banks, finance, hotel and tourism, hydropower, manufacturing and processing and mutual fund sub-group saw a slight increase in the day. The decline rate of sub-groups decreased on this day was less than 0.50 percent.
