The board of directors meeting of the company held on August 24 decided to propose 15 percent stock and 0.78947 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from Electrity Regulatory Commission and its upcoming AGM.
The meeting also decided to conduct its 17th AGM on September 17 in Hotel Imperial, Battisputali, Kathmandu at 11 am.
In this regard, the company will close its book on September 8, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till September 7 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
