The board of directors meeting of the bank held on August 30 decided to distribute 5.2632 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from Nepal Government, Finance Ministry, Nepal Rastra Bank and its upcoming AGM.
