The company decided to invest in the project proposed by the project promoter Dudhkoshi Hydropower Pvt Ltd. The company informed Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) about the investment.
As per the notice in NEPSE, A meeting of the Board of Directors of Ankhukhola Hydropower Company held on November 1, took the decision to invest in the project.
According to the company, it will invest up to Rs 1 billion in the face value as the detailed project details of the project were found suitable in terms of investment and return.
The company made public this information as per Regulation 22 of Securities Listing Byelaw, 2075 BS.
