NCC Bank Starts Auction of Unsold Right Shares

Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank (NCCB) has started auctioning the highest number of shares till date. The bank is auctioning 7,910,993 units of right shares from December 26 to January 4.

The bank is selling 6,516,795 units of promoter and 1,394,198 units of general shares that went unsold during its 50 percent issuance from August 20 to October 8 through auction.

The bank has appointed Sunrise Capital as its issue manager. The interested investors can bid for the shares from Sunrise Capital at Kamalpokhari and Biratnagar, Birgunj, Butwal, Pokhara, Nepalgunj, Surkhet, Dhangadhi, Narayangadh, Banepa and head office of NCC Bank.

The bidders can apply for a minimum of 100 units for general shares and 1000 units of promoter shares and maximum of all shares under NRB limit for both promoter and general shares.
