Chandragiri Hills have sought a approval from Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue 1,840,910 units of initial public offering worth Rs 184 million.
The company has appointed Global IME Capital as its issue manger for the issuance. Upon approval from SEBON, the company will issue the IPO to the general public.
The stock market which remained close from September 9 due to Gen Z movement is set to open on September 17.
