The meeting is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 13.5 percent stock and cash dividend of Rs 18.8 million for tax purpose. Moreover, the meeting will amend the article of association and policies as per the requirement of regulatory bodies.
For that matter, the company is closing its book on March 15, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till March 14 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 2.649 billion which will reach Rs 3.007 billion after the bonus share distribution.
