The AGM is scheduled to endorse a proposal of distributing 48.5 percent dividend including 25 percent stock and 23.50 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will approve proposals of increasing its authorized capital at Rs 10 billion and appoint an auditor for the current FY.
For the AGM, the company is closing its book on May 2, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till April 30 (May 1 being a public holiday for International Workers' Day) will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
