Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has suspended stock trading of Bhargav Bikas Bank (BHBL) after the bank signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) regarding acquisition with Shine Resunga Development Bank (SHINE).
Shine Resunga Development and Bhargav Bikas Bank signed the agreement as per Merger and Acquisition Bylaws, 2073 on May 14.
The gold price has continued to fall while the silver price has increased on March 24.
