The company is conducting its AGM on December 27 in Laharikharka Resort, Banepa-14, Sanga, Kavrepalanchowk at 11:00 AM.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 32 percent stock and 1.68 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The AGM will also approve a proposal of issuing 2:1 right shares of the paid-up capital maintained after the bonus share distribution.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 100 million that will reach Rs 132 million after the bonus share distribution.
The last traded price of the stock was Rs 753 on December 4.
