The company is conducting its AGM on January 9. The 45th board of directors meeting of the company held on November 18 decided to call the AGM in Nepal Pragya Bhanwan Prekshyalaya, Kamaldi, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.
The AGM is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 26.315 percent dividend including 15 percent stock and 11.315 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
