Out of the total offered debentures, the company is issuing 100,000 units to the general public and the remaining 150,000 units will be privately financed. The company has allotted 5 percent i.e. 5,000 units to mutual funds out of general public allocation.
The debenture that will mature in 7 years will yield 12 percent interest rate payable in every six months.
The interested investors can apply for a minimum of 25 and maximum of 5,000 units through all ASBA approved BFIs. The company has appointed NIBL Ace Capital as its issue manager.
ICRA Nepal has assigned ICRA NP BB Rating to the issue indicating medium level of credit risk.
