Nepal Stock Exchange has decided to close the stock market till May 18. Following the direction of the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), the board of directors meeting of NEPSE took the decision.
According to the stock exchange, the market has been closed to curbe the spread of COVID-19 as the cases have been rising nationwide and have emerged in the capital as well.
The net profit of development banks has declined less compared to commercial banks and finance companies in the third quarter.
