The bank is auctioning 1,133,344.70 units of promoter and 707,394.93 units of ordinary shares that went unsold during its issuance.
The interested bidders can bid for a minimum of 100 and maximum of 100,000 units of shares at a minimum price of Rs 100.
The auction will close on October 4. The interested investors can bid from Mega Captial and designated branches of Mega Bank.
