448 new cases of COVID-19 Confirmed on Friday

On Friday, 448 new cases of COVID-19 has been confirmed in Nepal. The infected are 424 males and 24 females. With this, the number of COVID-19 cases has reached 4,062 including 4,709 males and 353 females.

As per the latest media briefing given by Ministry of Health and Population, a total of 16 patients have been discharged in the last 24 hours. With the addition, the total number of recovered cases has reached 877 that include 786 males and 51 females. Similarly, the COVID-19 case has reached in 72 districts of the country.

Similarly, a 57 year-old male who was staying in the quarantine in Malarani, Arghakhanchi has died. He returned from India 12 days ago.

With this, Nepal reported 16 deaths from COVID-19.




Lalitpur DAO issues prohibitory order in some places
