Mirmire and Sweda Laghubitta to start joint transaction from July 5

Mirmire Laghubitta (MMFDB) and Sweda Laghubitta are set to start the joint transaction from July 5 after the acquisition of Sweda Laghubitta by Mirmire Laghubitta.

NRB and Company Registrar Office granted approval to the company to start joint transaction in the name of Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha on June 19 and June 21 respectively,

Mirmire Laghubitta endorsed a proposal of acquiring Sweda Laghubitta through its SGM on July 4.

The joint entity will be headquartered at Banepa.
