Out of the total detected cases today, 388 are from Kathmandu Valley. Kathmandu reported 350, Lalitpur 29 and Bhaktapur reported 9 infections.
Similarly, in the last 24 hours, 1,112 patients have been discharged from hospital after recovery. The number of total recovered cases has reached 23,290 in the country.
In the meantime, 12 individuals lost their life due to COVID-19 in Nepal. The number of death due to the deadly disease has reached 251.
