The 393rd board of directors meeting of the bank held on November 29 proposed distributing 20 percent dividend for the last FY.
The bank will distribute 20 percent dividend including 14 percent stock and 6 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
