The bank is conducting its 19th AGM on January 29 in Amrapali Banquet, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 12 percent stock and 3 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward the merger/acquisition process with a suitable partner. The shareholders can also attend the AGM through a virtual medium.
