The company is closing its book on March 24 for its upcoming AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till March 23 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company is conducting its 27th AGM on April 5 in its head office, Naxal at 11:00 AM.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 11.5 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
