The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 8.85 percent stock dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will approve special agenda of approving acquisition of BPW Laghubitta and Deurali Laghubitta at a swap ratio of 100:95:95.
Likewise, the meeting will approve the share structure ratio of 68.30 :31.70, elect 4 directors from promoter and 2 directors from ordinary shareholders.
In this regard, the companies will close its book from March 31, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till March 30 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
Currently, the company has paid-up capital of Rs 263.4 million that will reach Rs 286.7 million after the bonus share distribution.
