The meeting will endorse a proposal of a merger with BPW Laghubitta with a swap ratio of 1:0.8535. similarly, the meeting will approve the proposal regarding the tenure of BOD after merger and amending the article and memorandum of association.
In this regard, the company is closing its book on October 8, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till October 7 will be eligible to attend the SGM and obtain the announced dividend.
