As per the capital, a total of 209,250 applicants were provided 10 units of shares through lottery.
The company issued 2.25 million units of primary shares at a face value of Rs 100 per share from October 1-5.
Out of the total offered units, the company allocated 2 percent i.e. 45,000 units to employees and 5 percent i.e. 112,500 units to mutual funds. Thus, the remaining 2,092,500 units of shares were distributed to the general public.
The issue was oversubscribed. A total of 2,255,084 applicants had applied for shares worth Rs 2.70 billion. Out of which 10,442 applications were canceled while 3.504 applicants were unapproved by C-ASBA.
