The bank announced of distributing 13.712 percent dividend including 10 percent stock and 3.712 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
Currently, the bank has paid-up capital of Rs 2.90 billion that will reach Rs 3.19 billion after the bonus share distribution.
