The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 20 percent stock and 5 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will endorse a proposal of issuing further public offering (FPO) to maintain promoter and ordinary shareholder ratio at 70:30.
Furthermore, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners.
In this regard, the company will close its book on December 10, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 9 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
