The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 47.5 percent stock and 2.5 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The meeting will also delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners and amend article and memorandum of association.
In this regard, the company will close its book on February 16, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till February 15 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
