The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 25 percent stock and 1.31 percent cash dividend. Moreover, the meeting will amend the article of association as per the changes taken place and appoint and auditor.
In this regard, the company will close its book on December 20, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 19 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
