The bank has skipped dividend proposal for the AGM.
The meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners. Moreover, the meeting will approve annual reports and appoint and auditor for the current FY.
In this regard, the bank will close its book on March 16, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till March 17 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
