President Bidhya Devi Bhandari in a recommendation made by Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has reappointed Sharma in the post.
Sharma had resigned from the post on June 7 following an investigation on alleged unauthorized activity during budget preparation.
The committee on July 28 gave clean chit to Sharma from the allegation.
Janardan Sharma will take a oath in President Building at 5:30 pm.
