The company is closing its book on January 11 for its upcoming AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till January 10 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company is conducting its 25th annual general meeting (AGM) on January 23 in Hotel Li Himalaya, Lazimpat, Kathmandu at 11 AM.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 6 percent stock and cash dividend of 0.31 percent to its shareholders. The meeting will also delegate authority to BOD amend article and memorandum of association and appoint and auditor.
