The company issued 24.71 percent ordinary shares of its paid-up capital of Rs 340 million from February 10-15. In the issue, a total of 1,432,222 applicants have applied for 15,525,400 units of shares out of which 6,502 applications were canceled while 1,425,720 applications were approved.
As the issue is oversubscribed, its allotment took place as per Securities Issuance and Allotment Guideline under which 10 units of shares were allotted through lottery. Under the guideline, only 69,720 applicants were provided 10 units of shares.
