The company issued 39 percent shares of its issue capital worth Rs 392.1 million from April 21-25 to the general public. Accordingly, it issued 1,529,411 units of shares worth Rs 152.9 million. Out of the total offered units, the company allotted 76,479 units to mutual funds and 30,588 units to employees. The general public could apply for the remaining 1,269,411 units of shares.
In the issue, a total of 1,363,266 applicants have applied for 15,165,830 units of shares worth Rs 1.51 billion. Out of total applications, 89,830 applications were cancelled. Only 1,273,891 applications were approved.
Given that the issue was oversubscribed, the allotment took place as per Securities Issuance and Allotment Guidelines under which, 136,941 applicants were provided 10 units of shares through lottery. Out of them too, one lucky applicant was provided one extra unit of share.
