The company issued 613,162 units of shares to the general public from June 20-23. In the issue, a total of 1,024,046 applications were received out of which 2,848 applications were cancelled while 1.021.198 applications were approved.
Given that the issue was oversubscribed, the allotment took place as per Securities Issuance and Allotment Guidelines under which, 61,316 applicants were provided 10 units of shares while two lucky applicants were provided one extra unit of share.
