The board approved the right issue on June 5.
The company is planning to issue 1:0.5 right shares of its paid-up capital. As per this, the company will issue 8,221,459.71 units of shares worth Rs 822.1 million.
The paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 2.46 billion after the right issue.
The coampny has appointed Muktinath Capital as issue manager for the right issue.
