The company is issuing ordinary shares at Rs 244 per unit including a face value of Rs 100 and premium of Rs 144.
The company is issuing 30 percent ordinary shares of its issued capital. Accordingly, it will issue 11,250,000 units of shares. Out of which it has secured 565,500 units to employees. The remaining 10,687,500 units will be issued to the general public.
Out of the total offered units, right now, it is issuing 10 percent i.e. 1,125,000 units to foreign migrated workers of Nepal.
The issue will close on July 30. Interested investors can apply for a minimum of 10 and maximum of 1,125,000 units.
ICRA Nepal has assigned BBB rating to the issuer indicating moderate risks.
The interested investors can apply from all C-ASBA approved BFIs and Meroshare.
