As per Nabil Investment Merchant Banking, issue manager for the company, the allotment will take place at 3:30 PM in its premises.
According to the latest data, a total of 673,839 applicants have applied for 25,420,320 units of shares. The issue is 3.67 times oversubscribed. The company issued 6,911,670 units to the general public.
Given that the issue is oversubscribed, the allotment will be taken place as per Securities Issuance and Allotment Guidelines under which a minimum of 10 units of shares will be allotted. Based on this, the company may provide 10-20 units of shares to all applicants.
