Thus, the shareholders registered in their books till September 27 (last trading day before book close) are eligible to obtain the announced dividend.
Oriental Hotels (OHL) is conducting its annual general meeting on October 12 in Nepal Prasasanik Prashikshyan Pratisthan, Jawalakhel, Lalitpur at 11 am. The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 5.2632 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will appoint an auditor and approve financial reports of the last FY.
