The bank is closing its book on October 13 for upcoming AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till October 12 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The bank is conducting 21st annual general meeting on October 19 in Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu at 10 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 7.3685 percent cash dividend to is shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will approve proposal of issuing 8.25 percent preference share, delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association and elect three promoter directors.
