Mahesh Sharma Dhakal has been appointed as the acting CEO of Nepal Investment Mega Bank. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank held on May 13decided to grant full authority to Dhakal to carry out all works related to the operation of the bank.
Given that the current Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the bank, Jyoti Prakash Pandey, is under investigation regarding Smart Telecom Pvt. Ltd, Dhakal has been assigned the responsibility to continue the day-to-day operations of the bank.
The gold price has declined while the silver price has gained on May 10.
